Manufacturing Facilities
Located in Additional Ambernath, MIDC is near Mumbai, with two factories spanning over a cumulative area of 55,000 Sq. Ft. Our Factories are well equipped in the manufacturing of vessels, valves, sub-assemblies, diverters, filters, hoppers, and various other material handling equipment and equipment machining. We pride ourselves on a Methodical approach to processes, production flow, and assembly testing.
We have a dual hybrid test rig to test materials at different application conditions in dense, medium, and lean regimes, as well as for injection flow. Real-time feedback of pressure and material flow parameters with SCADA feedback is tracked live. Equipped with flow assist technologies such as Pipeline air injection, air bed aeration, and similar techniques.
We also have bulk characteristics test equipment to determine the fluidizability of the materials and their various physical properties with a view to determining the bulk properties of materials, thereby guiding the designer to select optimal solutions.
