    Denseveyor System

    Unlike a Sandpump, a Denseveyor is a dense phase pneumatic conveying system that handles difficult-to-convey materials – hot, abrasive, and in some cases, wet. It can seamlessly convey materials (dry bulk powders, granules and others) using gases such as compressed air or nitrogen. Its smooth low velocity conveying ensures gentle handling of friable products, which helps prevent degradation & separation of blended materials.

    Compared to other dense-phase pneumatic conveying systems, Denseveyor is cost-effective and provides an excellent combination of durability, reliability and performance. Its simple design has just one moving part – the patented Dome Valve. This makes it a fully enclosed conveying system that offers a dust-free process and is environment-friendly. What’s more, it is also energy-efficient, reduces pipe wear, and maintenance downtime.
