A dense phase pneumatic conveying system: Multi-vessel in a single pipeline arrangement using the proven Master slave Macawber Technology for multiple feed point applications.
Ashveyor System Key Features
- Conveys powder in gentle velocity dense phase regime.
- Ideal for ESP’s, bag house, boiler bed, bottom ash, clinkers with hot, abrasive ash / dust which is easy to fluidize, free flowing.
- Suited for fluidizable, free flowing, well aeratable, moderate in weight bulk powders.
- Ideal for low headroom applications and hence can retrofit bag houses / ESP’s.
- 6 to 10 feed points can be handled in just one conveying pipeline hence drastically reducing cost & clutter of pipeline.
- Dust-less, fully enclosed system & easier to maintain as opposed to a drag chain conveyer.

Ashpump System Key Features
- Designed to work for high capacities and long distances of conveying.
- Ideal for ESP’s, bag house, boiler bed, bottom ash, clinkers with hot, abrasive ash / dust & typically for higher capacities.
- For high capacities in the range of 10 to 20 TPH per point. This can also be customized for higher capacities depending on the system parameters.
- Does not need an outlet dome valve and has various design features to aid flow of material for systems designed for higher capacities to aid in emptying time.
- Due to large sized vessels, needs higher head room.
