High Velocity Injection Systems
Continuous controlled high velocity injection systems operating at higher air volumes & lower pressure. Suited for applications where injection needs to be done at high velocities.
Typically used in desulphurization of ESP ducts, boiler ducts, similar applications.
Key Features:
- High feed rate accuracies (to satisfy industry requirements) with excellent repeatability
- Variable controlled injection (manually as well as automatically) with turn down rates of upto 6:1
- Works against back pressures of upto 0.5 Barg
- Can be designed for injection rates from 3 Kg/Min to 200 Kg/Min.
- Designed to inject upto a distance of 70 meters
- Not recommended for highly abrasive powders
- Requires low headroom at the feed point hence is very compact
- Is much more simplified as compared to the Controlveyor & High Pressure Ladle injection
